Life is not always black and white…sometimes it is Gray…Natalie Gray. Key Records enjoyed a visit with the Stand-up-Comic who took time out from her busy North American Tour to chat. The meeting with Gray was held at the Canadian Museum of Civilization, and it was here that Key Records learned of her story. Born in England, she grew up in a family that made their living entertaining. Her father was a musician who played bass guitar for rock bands backing up top performing groups that included: the Electric Light Orchestra, the Moody Blues, Ozzy Osbourne, Pink Floyd, Queen, and Tom Jones. It was this exposure to the Entertainment World that led her to want to be an entertainer. As a young girl she acted on this dream by drawing a portrait of the singer Sting on a T-shirt. To her surprise, this hand-painted-design began her new path in life.

Her original T-shirts were very marketable and soon were distributed to tourist resorts worldwide. This success started a cascade of events that delved Gray deeper into the Art World. Today her artwork is sold in 86 galleries around the world. Her artwork and artistic designs are also being marketed as products globally for giants such as Playboy. After all her success in the Art World, Natalie Gray finally pursued her true passion of comedy entertaining. For the last three years, she has been touring North America and England on the Comedy Circuit. For more information on Natalie Gray or her tour schedule go to: www.nataliegray.com
